Welcome to Middle GA Career Institute (“MGCI,” “we,” “our,” “the Institute”). By enrolling in our programs, using our website, or participating in any MGCI activities, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Enrollment & Admission

Enrollment is open to individuals who meet program-specific eligibility requirements.

All required documentation (e.g., application, transcripts, identification) must be submitted before admission is finalized.

MGCI reserves the right to deny admission if eligibility standards are not met.
2. Tuition & Fees

Tuition and fees vary by program and must be paid in full, or through an approved payment plan, prior to program start.

All tuition and fees are non-transferable.

Late payments may result in suspension from classes, withholding of transcripts/certificates, or dismissal.

4. Technology & Online Learning

Students enrolled in hybrid or online programs are responsible for having reliable internet and required technology (laptop, webcam, software).

MGCI provides access to learning platforms such as Google Classroom. Misuse of these platforms may result in removal from courses.
